REDSHIELD is a versatile cavity barrier that meets the fire safety and insulation standards of Part B, without needing extra lining materials. It also acts as a thermal cavity closer and DPC, preventing heat loss and dampness. It has a mineral fibre wool core that offers 30 minutes of fire resistance and 15 minutes of insulation. REDSHIELD can be easily installed in new or existing buildings, for regular or rebated details, with no special fixings. It is durable and will last as long as the building.
