Available in unperforated varieties ranging from 150mm to 600mm, and perforated options spanning 150mm to 300mm, our pipes come in lengths of 3 or 6 metres. Complementing these pipes are joiners, 45° and 90° bends, and junctions, ensuring a comprehensive range for your project needs. We offer ring seals for a watertight seal, adaptable to your specifications.
Crafted from HDPE, our Twinwall pipes are lighter than concrete and sturdier than PVC, featuring external ribs for enhanced strength and a smooth internal bore for optimal flow. Certified by the British Board of Agrément (BBA) and approved by the Highway Authorities Product Approval Scheme (HAPAS) and the National Roads and Bridges Authority, our pipes meet rigorous quality standards.
Cutting Twinwall pipes is a breeze with a standard handsaw, along the valley of the external rib. While installing, remember to incorporate two ring seals per twinwall fitting for stormwater applications. Unperforated pipes excel at managing surface and stormwater, while perforated options are ideal for rainwater collection and land drainage alternatives.
Incorporating recycled HDPE material, our Twinwall pipes support sustainability initiatives, facilitating compliance with recycled content targets set by local planning authorities.
For trench-style installations, ensure a trench depth ranging from 300mm to 600mm, plus the height of the outer diameter of your pipes, with a pipe bed of at least 150mm. When laying pipes, use fine gravel and stones (up to 10mm) for the trench bed, followed by small, granulated gravel for side fill, and backfill with gravel and stones (up to 50mm) to complete the installation.
