In this instance, commercial hot food premises should be fitted with a grease separator complying with BS EN 1825-1:2004 and designed in accordance with BS EN 1825-2:2002 or other effective means of grease removal.

Our grease traps are manufactured by Turtle Enviro and are available in both from 136 to 465 litre options online, with other options obtainable on request. Modern grease traps are becoming more of a key part of kitchen and restaurants' underground drainage systems due to their effectiveness and the issues they prevent. Designed to comply with the BS EN 1825 specification, these grease traps are supplied with a 3.5 Tonne loading lid, making them suitable for driveways and small car parks.
