Empire Park is a brand new development project of residential properties in Greenhithe, Kent. Our Tunbridge Wells branch supplied the contractors on this site with a whole host of FloPlast’s PVC products, including black deepflow guttering and white fascia and soffit to fit on forty houses of various sizes. All of these products only serve to enhance the modern suburbia vibe that Empire Park gives off through its ‘small community’ based architecture.
The contractors have opted to use FloPlast’s deepflow guttering and 68mm downpipe in order to ensure the houses safety in the event of heavy rainfall as they all feature fairly large steep roofs. White plain and hollow soffit have been installed on the various properties where appropriate, both of which are simple to install and require only conventional tools. These look great with the white PVC used on the window frames.
